Key Responsibilities 
- Plan and deliver engaging swim lessons for diverse pupils. 
- Maintain accurate records and conduct regular assessments. 
- Respond to emergencies and assist with pool safety. 
- Promote the facility and support its programs. 
What We’re Looking For 
- You’re a team player, with outstanding communication skills and a solid customer focus. 
- You care about making our recreation centres a great place to visit. 
- You understand the importance of professional presentation. 
- You’re at least 16 years old. 
Required Qualifications 
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety. 
- Current CPR Certificate. 
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate. 
- Current Working with Children Check. 
Desirable Qualifications 
- Previous experience in the Aquatics Industry. 
- Previous experience in Learn to Swim programs. 
- AustSwim Certificate – Teacher of Infant Aquatics or equivalent. 
- AustSwim Certificate – Teacher of Aquatics for people with disability or equivalent. 
- Swim Coaching Qualification – or equivalent. 
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
