About the role
We are seeking a Casual Cleaner to join our team at MMM Cleaning Services based in Mandurah, WA 6210. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients, ensuring a safe, hygienic ,and presentable environment. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
1. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising designated areas, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens
2. Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products
3. Liaising with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences
4. Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
5. Reporting any issues or concerns to the management team
6. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
7. Following a task list as per the work order
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a commercial or residential cleaning role is preferred but not essential ( training is provided)
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills
4. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
5. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs
6. Demonstrated understanding of cleaning methods and the use of cleaning products
7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
