* Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
* Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.
* Direct the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
* Oversee financial management of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the branch's market share.
* Implement and maintain high standards of customer service excellence throughout the branch.
