About the Role
A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced property manager / consultant to work on a portfolio of diverse tasks including property management, commercial leasing and projects. You will oversee the operational aspects of the portfolio, building and retaining relationships, and ensure all tasks are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Build great tenant relationships
* Oversee lease renewals, rental reviews, and operational compliance
* Coordinate maintenance, liaise with builders and tradesmen
* Assist with budgeting and administrative tasks
* Assist with leasing inspections, enquiries and agency related tasks
* Strong communication, relationship and management skills
* Experience in property management, compliance / facilities management (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in similar role, positive attitude, organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
