About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports ARIIA research and aged care initiatives. Responsibilities include:
* Lead strategic marketing and communication activities and advise senior stakeholders on priorities and campaign outcomes.
* Write, edit and proofread high‐quality content for diverse audiences, ensuring consistency with ARIIA brand guidelines.
* Manage ARIIA website CMS, copy and content, keeping public‐facing pages accurate and aligned with brand policies.
* Identify newsworthy activities and achievements for external promotion in liaison with the broader ARIIA team.
* Conceptualise and deliver innovative, best‐practice marketing and communication campaigns to attract attendees, clients and strengthen reputation within the aged care sector.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in communications, media studies, marketing or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience developing contemporary, multi‐channel marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in CMS, CRM and EDM platforms to support marketing objectives.
* Experience using competitive analysis, online analytics, horizon scanning and market research to inform decision‐making.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship‐management skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
