Your Role as Coordinator
You will:
* Lead daily operations across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care
* Establish clear systems and routines that support a calm, structured environment
* Build trusted relationships with families, school leaders, and the Committee
* Model proactive, strengths based behaviour guidance
* Manage compliance under the NQF including rosters, ratios, enrolments, and admin
* Lead a values driven team with clarity, empathy, and resilience

About You You are a steady, practical leader who values quality, relationships, and consistency.
You will bring:
* A Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
* Experience as an OSHC or OOSH Coordinator, or a strong Assistant Coordinator ready to step up
* Confidence in behaviour guidance, inclusion, and team leadership
* Strong communication skills with families, schools, and Committees
* Solid knowledge of the NQF and MTOP
* A resilient, solutions focused mindset
