About Condition Yourself Training (CYTraining)
CYTraining is a strength and rehabilitation coaching facility built around movement quality, structured progression, and long-term health.
We work with active adults and athletes from teenagers to 70-plus. Many members are navigating injury, chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, or rebuilding toward performance. We bridge rehabilitation and strength inside a structured, collaborative environment alongside our in-house physiotherapist.
We are seeking a Strength Coach or Accredited Exercise Physiologist who wants to grow within a values-driven team and build a meaningful long-term career.
Strength Coach applicants must hold a minimum of Cert III/IV Fitness qualification.
The Role
• Deliver small group and one-to-one coaching
• Design and progress individualised strength programs
• Manage load, recovery, and long-term development
• Support members with injury histories and complex needs
• Teach movement with clarity and precision
• Collaborate closely with Head Coach and Physiotherapist
Hours will build progressively, with a clear pathway toward a stable long-term position

• Is confident working with older adults and injury histories
• Takes ownership of your development
• Maintain your own training practice
Must hold Australian work rights
We welcome experienced coaches and Exercise Physiologists.
Minimum of 6 months experience is required for this position.
We also welcome emerging coaches with strong foundations, lived training experience, and a genuine commitment to learning within a structured system.
For Exercise Physiologists:
AEP accreditation or eligibility required.
Exercise Physiologists must hold either current AEP accreditation or be eligible to apply for AEP membership.
