Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to lead our field sales efforts in a designated geographic territory.
* Key responsibilities include directing day-to-day field sales, representing the entire assigned product portfolio within the territory.
* New account generation is also crucial, through high sales activity and customer engagement.
Main Objectives:
* Maintain a thorough understanding of customer objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes relative to the market.
* Cultivate long-term mutually beneficial customer partnerships by executing ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation, and sales processes.
Required Skills:
* Adequate years of experience in medical device sales.
* Prior field sales experience in business-to-business capacity will be beneficial.
* Demonstrates a fiscally responsible approach to running territory or region.
* Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to travel a minimum of 50%.
