About Search Property
Search Property is a buyer's agency specialising in high-yield investment properties with strong capital growth potential across Australia.
We purchase across six Australian states, helping clients secure investment properties aligned to their individual financial goals.
Our approach is built on data, discipline, and long-term thinking.
Every purchase sits within a broader portfolio strategy designed to balance cash flow, capital growth, and risk over time. This has allowed us to consistently outperform national averages while remaining fully independent. No commissions. No referral incentives. No conflicts of interest.
Behind our results is a growing team of researchers, strategists, and operators who care deeply about outcomes. We challenge assumptions, focus on the details, and hold ourselves to a high standard because our clients trust us with decisions that change their financial future.
Search Property exists to help Australians retire earlier through smarter property decisions.
Why You'll Love It Here
Named Australia\'s #15 Fastest Growing Company in the AFR 100 (2025), Search Property is growing quickly, but we are deliberate about how we scale. We care about building something sustainable, not just moving fast.
You will work with smart, thoughtful people who value data, clarity, and high standards. We take our work seriously and support each other to do it well. Ideas are challenged respectfully, decisions are made with intent, and good judgement is valued over noise.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution, with real ownership and visibility as the business continues to grow nationally. We invest in people who think long-term and want to build depth and capability in their work.
Our team is based in Macquarie Park, with three days a week in the office and two days working from home. The office is modern and well equipped, with access to a gym, café, childcare, and excellent end-of-trip facilities.
