What You’ll Do
- Guide customers from day one - using live video and aerial imagery to quickly measure and assess what’s possible.
- Shape solutions - filtering out what won’t work and highlighting opportunities that balance design, engineering, and customer needs.
- Bring concepts to life with visuals and site plans that can be drawn up in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or others.
- Collaborate with engineers to finalise and refine build-ready designs. Collaborate with highly skilled engineers who think outside the box.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence - helping customers feel supported and excited about their project.
- Work flexibly from home - while staying connected to a driven, collaborative team.
Who You Are
This isn’t a role for someone who wants “something to pay the bills.” It’s for someone who thrives on variety, customer interaction, and the chance to shape projects in a visible way. And someone who can think practically about how a residential project will come together.
- You have on-site project management experience, whether as a project coordinator, site supervisor, customer-facing designer, or similar. You’re comfortable liaising with customers and trades from start to finish.
- You’re a natural communicator who builds trust quickly and can communicate concepts visually.
- You’re detail-oriented, decisive, and creative who’s equally at home with technical drawings and customer calls.
- You’re a digital native, fluent with modern design tools and eager to use new tech to enhance outcomes.
