Office Experience and Property Management Experience is preferred, if no Property Management Experience is fine we can teach you, transferable skills, the right attitude/ work ethic and honestly are non-negotiable. Bilingual skills – fluent Mandarin and English Speaker Required

Qualification and Experience:
We require:
- Bilingual skills – fluent Mandarin and English Speaker
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage workflow
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and extremely keen to learn
- Must be an ethical person (including a great work ethic), attention to details
- Exceptional customer service, people and communication skills.
- Enjoy working within a team environment.
- Qualified presentation.
- Current certificate of Registration/License
Tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Arrears management
- Open for inspection
- Routine inspection
- Ingoing and Outgoing condition reports
- Leasing of properties
- Lease renewals/rent reviews
- Generate invoices (water, electricity etc.)
- Collate Tenant packs and landlord packs as required
- Completing a reference check for applications
- Preparing lease agreements for new tenancies and renewals
- Assist with maintenance requests
- Data Entry
- Filing Documents
- Archiving Files and other administrative duties as required or requested
