They are the "engine room" behind veterinary clinics, animal shelters, and pet resorts across the country, supplying critical equipment—from high-quality enclosures and caging to treatment tables, workstations, scales, and specialized lighting.

While they are already a powerhouse in Australia, they are now entering an exciting growth phase with sights set on expanding their footprint across ANZ and into Asia. What You’ll Be Doing

* Leadership & Mentorship: This is a "hands‑on" leadership role. You won’t just manage KPIs; you will actively mentor your team. You will have the unique opportunity to take clinical experts (such as Vet Nurses) who have the right "tangibles" and train them to become high‑performing sales professionals.
* Strategy & Expansion: Lead the charge in expanding product reach across Australia, New Zealand, and into new Asian markets.
* Key Account Management: You will lead from the front by personally managing relationships with large Key Accounts, demonstrating how to close deals and maintain high‑level partnerships.
* Operational Excellence: collaborate with other internal departments (Warehousing, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure the sales function is running efficiently and customers are receiving world‑class service.


Who We Are Looking For

* The Mentor: You must have a passion for developing people. We need someone with a track record of coaching fresh talent or junior sales staff and helping them flourish.
* Industry Connections: Strong existing ties within the Veterinary/Clinical industry are a massive advantage. You understand the language of the clinic and what vets/nurses need to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
* The Closer: You are commercially astute with excellent time management. You know how to organize a day to maximize revenue and can step in to close complex deals when needed.
* The Cultural Fit: You thrive in a family‑business environment where relationships matter. You are organized, collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.


The Compensation

* Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (Commensurate with experience).
* Superannuation: Paid on top of base.
* Bonuses: A strong bonus component based on team and company performance.
