Becoming a Joint Venture Partner is an exciting opportunity to expand the offering of our audiology services to the local community and further grow the business.
The store has an established audiology business with a loyal customer base, having commenced trade several years ago. This location presents an opportunity to not only join an established audiology business but also to contribute to its growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional audiology services to customers while building strong relationships with them.
• Collaborate with your Partner to make strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the business.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination with other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body.
• Two years' clinical experience post obtaining QP.
• High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
