The Team
The National Tax team is one of Australia's largest and most highly regarded practices. They provide advice on full spectrum tax laws, supporting clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on tax structuring, due diligence and corporate income tax matters
* Draft contracts and provide general income tax advice
* Support mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital reorganisations
* Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver practical solutions
