This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive strategic initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver superior service outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with NHVR & Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulationsLead and develop driver teams and manage third-party transport providersOversee escalated customer queries and staff disciplinary mattersDrive operational performance and profitability through effective strategiesIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiativesDevelop operational plans aligned with strategic business growthPartner with the GM Operations on recruitment, coaching, and performance managementSet and monitor annual performance goalsDeliver timely operational reporting to stakeholdersManage fleet maintenance scheduling, rostering, and route planningAbout YouYou're a confident leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for transport and logistics.
