We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Virginia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in contributing to a company that makes a real difference in the community.

Our ideal candidate is flexible in their approach, has strong teamwork and work ethic, and is comfortable with basic administrative tasks. You'll also be willing to participate in our company training programs to continue building your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Order Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate receipt of orders. Address and resolve any issues related to orders received. Assist in the delivery and setup of equipment in client's homes and medical facilities.
* Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with conducting regular stock checks. Cleaning, repairs and storage of home care rental equipment. Organise and keep the warehouse in a clean and safe working condition as per OH&S standards.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse receipts and inventory movements. Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
* Professional and courteous manner, building rapport and relationships with clients and customers.
* Ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively with your team.
* Excellent organisational, administrative and time‑management abilities.
* Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
