Job Description
Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid-market clients from end to end, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and insurers. Provide expert advice, develop tailored insurance solutions, and drive portfolio growth through proactive retention and new business initiatives. Coordinate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy processing, while staying across market trends by attending industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
We are seeking someone with:
* Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
* Experience managing your own portfolio of SME & retail clients
* Strong understanding of the general insurance product suite
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for client service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
