What You'll Do
* Support the Software Licensing team by managing customer requests and administrative sales functions, predominantly software renewals, net new software licensing quotes and processing customer purchase orders
* Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution through a shared inbox and ticketing case systems
* Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partner vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
* Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
* Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
* Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
* Ability to negotiate to obtain best pricing from vendors and resolve issues effectively
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously
* A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
* Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRMs and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
