As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of our company in the licensed trade, covering a vibrant territory in central and northern New South Wales. This includes towns such as Moree, Warialda, Bingara, Barraba, Manilla, Tamworth, Gunnedah, and Narrabri.

This is a hands-on role where your energy, relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen will shine. You'll drive sales, grow our iconic portfolio, manage assets, and uncover new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and grow product distribution across your territory.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
* Execute promotional activity and ensure compliance across all accounts.
* Manage Suntory refrigeration and assets to ROI guidelines.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Your Qualifications
* Prior experience within licensed sales or equivalent hospitality trade.
* Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and consistently hit targets.
* Self-driven attitude focused on achieving goals and delivering outcomes.
* Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships quickly and effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and negotiate.
