The Brand |
Our client is looking for an exceptional Creative Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary designer working in a collaborative environment alongside the creative team. They will participate in the conceptualisation, creation, art direction and production of visual content, elevating design for the digital, social, retail and sales channels – encompassing website, email, social and off-site marketing etc. The Creative Manager will elevate the brand voice, communicate creative storytelling and expression across all visual outputs, defining the visual identity of the brand.
The Role |
This is an exciting chance to become part of a small but quickly growing, Australian business. A newly created role, this presents a tremendous opportunity for creative influence on an already recognisable and successful brand.
1. Design and production of digital content for websites and social networks
2. Partner cross-functionally each season with brand strategy, ecommerce, design, and sales teams to help develop compelling content strategies and programs in-line with the brand vision
3. Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing to create high-quality content across other priority owned and paid channels such as newsletters, advertising, website etc.
4. Design of social media assets with a focus on the brand social networks, Instagram, and Facebook (organic and paid)
5. Assist in creating, distributing and management of seasonal campaign assets across all global organic and paid social channels
6. Develop animation, graphics, and font treatment/proposal for editorial, campaign assets
7. Develop motion graphics for web and social media campaigns
8. Support Creative director across content shoots, video shoots and e-commercial shoots. Plan edits for video content
9. Packaging creation and other branding elements
10. Manage social media coordinator, pre-approving all content they are
creating and assisting with creative direction for video shoots
The Skillset |
11. A standout portfolio with examples of multi-channel work - EDMs, social, digital, print, campaigns & videos etc.
12. Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FinalCut/Premiere Pro, CanvaStrong command of digital design, typography, colour scheme, hierarchy etc.
13. Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices – Front end development skills a plus
14. Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, deadline-driven
15. Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction
16. Highly creative & innovative
17. 5 years + experience in a relevant role
