We are seeking a skilled mechanical technician to join our operations and maintenance team at HMAS Albatross in the Shoalhaven Region of NSW.
This is an opportunity to work with a Tier 1 services provider on a long-term contract, supporting national security requirements.
The Role
* Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of fuel installation assets and equipment
* Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
* Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
* Support subcontracted work packages as needed
Key Requirements
* Trade qualified (mechanical) with relevant post-trade experience
* Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas.
* Experience working within the defence fuels network or defence industry will be highly regarded
* Safety is paramount
* Current Defence Security Clearance
