Business Development Representative – SaaS | $70K Base + $95K OTE | Melbourne -Hybrid | Big upside. Fast growth.

You don't need to be the most experienced person in the room, just the hungriest.

Evotix is a globally recognised SaaS company in the safety tech space, and we're expanding fast. Right now, we're looking for 1 high-potential BDR to join the team and help us reach even more customers who need what we offer.

You'll get world-class sales training, structured support, and real mentorship from leaders who know how to grow people, not just pipelines.

If you've got customer-facing experience, natural curiosity, and love the idea of making a difference while hitting goals, this is your shot.

What You'll Be Doing:

Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and chat—move fast and add value

Prospect into small to mid-sized businesses with smart, engaging outreach

Communicate the "why" behind safety solutions—spark interest, not scripts

Support marketing-driven outbound campaigns with your own flair

Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into closed deals

Keep your CRM updated and use it to track progress and optimise outreach


Who You Are:

You don't have to tick every box—but here's what we're looking for:

You've done customer-facing work—retail, sales, hospitality, support, etc.

You're a clear communicator, comfortable picking up the phone or writing a punchy email

You're goal-driven and competitive, but still a great team player

You organise your day like a pro and follow through

Most importantly, you want to get better, faster —and you're coachable
