Graduate Program at Colliers offers a structured rotation-based opportunity for business or property students to accelerate their careers in real estate.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Participate in a structured graduate program on a rotation basis across multiple service lines within Colliers.
* Work full-time or part-time on a fixed contract from February 2026 to December 2026.
* Gain exposure to various teams and departments within the property sector.
About You
What you'll need:
* Currently in second, third, or final year, or recently completed a degree in business or property with strong academic achievement.
* Ability to work full-time or part-time in 2026 (minimum of 3 days per week).
* Demonstrated extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.
* Ability to provide a covering letter addressing four selection criteria, a resume, and an academic transcript.

* Program aims to offer full-time permanent roles in 2027 following successful completion.
