About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Site Foreman/Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day operations on their Maroochydore construction. This full-time role spans a project duration of 5-6 months. You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing on-site operations and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
* Planning and scheduling works to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
* Ensuring project quality standards are met and handovers are defect-free.
* Managing WHS compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
* Building strong relationships with site teams and key stakeholders.
* Working with the Site and Project Managers to manage the construction programme.
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Trade-qualified with at least 5 years experience as a Site Manager or Foreman/Leading Hand.
* Experienced in head-contractor work across new builds, extensions and commercial fit-outs.
* Proven track record delivering construction projects valued up to $10M.
* Strong understanding of finishes with a detail-driven approach.
* Effective people leader with solid WHS, quality and IR knowledge.
* Client-focused and able to manage projects end-to-end, including 2-week programs.
