The Role
We are seeking a driven and collaborative
Continuous Improvement Manager
to join our Pakenham team. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
* Lead and facilitate initiatives to improve productivity, cost savings, and efficiency.
* Identify operational deficiencies in current processes, training, or business practices.
* Implement and sustain improvement initiatives to address these gaps.
* Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments to deliver results.
* Use your experience to influence positive change and embed best practices.
* Other ad hoc duties as per directed.
The Person
If you are a proactive and motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments, this role could be for you With a passion for driving improvement and influencing positive change, you bring both the technical expertise and the people skills to inspire collaboration across teams. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability allow you to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable results. You will have the following skills and experience-
* Proven background in a similar role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Operations, or Manufacturing Management.
* Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement, with strong knowledge of Lean tools.
* A track record of driving change and delivering against ambitious KPIs.
* Ideally, qualifications in Lean Six Sigma.
* Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and logical reasoning.
* Analytical mindset and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
