Salary: $150K – $160K + Super + Company Vehicle
An opportunity is available for an experienced surveying professional to step into a Survey Manager position, leading the day-to-day operations of a survey team while remaining hands-on technically.
This role is well suited to a senior surveyor ready to move into management, taking responsibility for team leadership, quality control, and technical sign-off. You'll oversee survey outputs, respond to technical queries, and support the development of junior staff. Tendering and pricing are currently managed by senior leadership, with future exposure available over time.
The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with a 7:00am start.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily workflow and performance of the survey team
* Train, mentor, and review junior and intermediate surveyors
* Review survey data, drawings, and reports, providing final technical sign-off
* Respond to technical queries (TQs) and resolve survey-related issues
* Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across all survey deliverables
* Support continuous improvement in systems and team capability
