About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-managed, boutique sized portfolio while leading a dedicated support team — both in-office and remote assistance for admin and routine inspections.
You'll be responsible overall for all facets of property management, including tenant and landlord communication, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, compliance, and trust accounting processes with dedicated support for many of these responsibilities.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio your way, with the backing of a collaborative and experienced team that values communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in property management (Minimum 1 year as a Property Manager or 2+ years in a Leasing Role is preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
The ability to work confidently on your own while supporting and collaborating with a team
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great results for our clients
Experience with Property Me preferred (other trust accounting software experience considered)
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW)
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
