About Role
Provide financial and commercial analysis and insights to support the acquisition and management of assets across the property industry. Develop feasibilities and financial models and presentations for investment decisions. You will be able to critically assess new markets, asset classes and business models to build investment strategies and understand key risks and opportunities.
To be successful you will be proficient in the below
At least 7 years' experience in Property, banking, or finance
Degree in Property, finance or similar
CFA, CA or CPA qualification not essentially but will be regarded
Understand investment process and experience performing financial and commercial due diligence
Produce financial modelling and commercial analysis' including valuation analysis and scenario modelling for asset acquisitions
Understanding of both asset level, portfolio, and company cashflow forecasting in assessing investment opportunities.
Understand the property industry and market to relate to Investment opportunities
You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment and be able to demonstrate superior analytical and research capabilities.
You will be a capable communicator, able to deal with various stakeholders to ensure you can make accurate, well researched and considered recommendations.
