Purpose of the Position
GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor for site works (FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Geraldton) on a 9/5 Roster. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of mechanical repairs and coating.

Licence Requirements
o Trade Certificate (Boilermaker / Welder)
o Construction Industry White Card
o Drivers Licence
o MSIC (or willing to obtain)
o Schedule 26
The Site Supervisor role would need to be able to excel in the following key areas:
o Active and safe supervision of all activities for our site personnel
o Lead regular toolbox talks, work and perform daily site activities and monitoring of all works undertaken
o Safety focus, ensuring site personnel operate to safe systems of work
o Assist with scheduling of employees at all stages of the works
o Delegate and direct site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
o Active problem solving and creative solutions orientation is essential
o Delivery work safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clients
o Proven ability to successfully deliver works
o Applicants must have an open mind and willingness to work collaboratively, continually learn, develop and support GHS Continuous Improvement culture in a systems management environment
This role would suit an individual with:
o Minimum 5 years supervision experience
o Proven track record in a similar role
o Solid trade background
o Experience with fabrication works and also mining activities
o Knowledge and experience in industry standards
o Schedule 26 training
Other abilities:
o MEM05024 Perform Welding Supervision or equivalent will be highly regarded
o Great communication skills
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
o Attention to detail
o Work in a team environment
