Your new role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll report directly to the Human Resources Manager, providing expert advice on all HR matters and championing employee engagement. Collaborating with the wider HR team, you'll drive initiatives that foster a culture of excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organisational success and fostering a culture of high performance.
* Resolve employee conflicts: Guide disciplinary actions and steer performance management with finesse.
* Attract top talent: Craft compelling job postings, conduct engaging interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Shape HR policies: Collaborate in designing, implementing, and enforcing policies that align with regulations and best practices.
* Orchestrate performance appraisals: Partner with the HR Manager to set inspiring objectives and deliver constructive feedback.
* Elevate employee skills: Identify growth opportunities and coordinate impactful training programs.
* Analyse HR metrics: Dive into reports and provide insightful recommendations to the HR team and senior management.
* Lead HR projects: Take charge of initiatives, driving them to successful completion.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience in ER/IR practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead HR initiatives independently. You'll excel in a fast-paced environment and build effective relationships effortlessly.
