The role

We are recruiting for an Account Specialist to join our team in Parramatta, working to support several of our clients across multiple industries. You\'ll play a key role in developing client relationships and helping them fulfill their recruitment needs, managing daily operations, and handling administrative tasks such as time sheets and health & safety compliance. This role requires regular site visits. You\'ll thrive here if you\'re resilient, a quick learner, and ready for a challenging role.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for our InHouse Services team
* Manage a wide range of administrative tasks
* Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate a smooth interview and placement process, ensuring top talent is delivered to clients
* Act as mobile support for various client accounts, showing resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
About you
* A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; eager to learn and grow
* Driven by a passion for client management and skilled at relationship building
* Positive, team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
* High achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by results
* Commitment and stability in previous roles
* Driver\'s license
* Applicant may be required to complete an Australian Federal Police check to meet on-site requirements
