The Role
You will carry out installation, servicing, diagnostics and repair of industrial and commercial boiler systems, ensuring all work meets gas compliance requirements and industry standards. This is a hands‑on role suited to a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair and commission industrial and commercial boiler and burner systems
* Perform combustion analysis, burner tuning and efficiency optimisation
* Complete gas compliance documentation and permitting requirements
* Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
* Assist with installation and commissioning of new boiler plant
* Work safely in accordance with Australian Standards, OHS, and Gas Safety regulations
* Provide clear communication with clients and internal teams
About You
* Experience with steam and hot‑water boilers, burners, valves, pumps and control systems
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving ability
* Ability to read schematics, technical drawings and service documentation
* Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
* Current driver's licence
* Additional tickets such as Confined Space or Working at Heights are advantageous
