Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive new growth across the healthcare sector.
* The ideal candidate will lead outbound sales, build strategic partnerships, manage product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.
* Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a sales strategy targeting medical practices and healthcare organisations.
* Generating and qualifying leads through targeted outreach, networking, conferences, and industry channels.
* Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to practice owners and management teams.
* Building and maintaining relationships with Practice Managers, GP groups, PHNs, and medical networks.
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding.
* Identifying partnership opportunities with MSPs, medical software companies, and healthcare suppliers.
* Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Providing feedback to product and leadership teams to support continuous improvement.
* Representing the organisation at industry events and conferences.
