About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaners to join our team. You will provide high-quality cleaning services in private homes and support environments, ensuring safe, hygienic, and welcoming spaces for clients.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and can work independently while following clear instructions.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general household cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a high standard.
* Change bed linen and assist with laundry as required.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and use supplies safely.
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
* Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality.
* Report any concerns or issues promptly to supervisors.
Skills & Experience
* Previous cleaning experience (domestic, commercial, or aged/disability support) preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills and professional presentation.
* Understanding of infection control and safe cleaning practices.
Requirements
* Current Police Check (mandatory).
* Working With Vulnerable People Card / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Proof of working rights in Australia.
