Business Partner Finance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide valuable insights and analysis to support business objectives and drive financial success. You will act as a trusted advisor to various departments, helping them navigate financial performance, optimize operations, and manage risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes, including sales and inventory reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial analysis.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements for the C&A business, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
* Balance Sheet Management: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
* Sales and Accounts Reconciliation: Prepare internal sales reconciliations to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams in clearing customer and vendor accounts.
* Financial and Management Reporting: Prepare monthly financial dashboards, sales, inventory, and other ad-hoc management reports.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the business to prepare budget and forecasts.
* Reporting Support: Assist in preparing monthly Management and Financial packs for overseas partners.
* Fringe Benefit Tax: Prepare annual FBT for motor vehicles, including collection and review of declarations and logbooks.
* Corporate Finance Support: Assist the Corporate Finance team with half-year and year-end reporting requirements.
* Audit and Compliance: Support both internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.

* Qualifications and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications or related discipline. CA/CPA qualified accounting professional or working towards. 4-5 years of financial accounting experience. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with SAP preferred.
