In this role, you will design and lead dynamic programs that enrich the lives of aged care residents.

Your Role – Creating Experiences That Matter: Develop and implement engaging, person-centered programs tailored to residents' creative and social interests.
Build strong community connections, bringing in volunteers, artists, musicians, and cultural groups to enhance resident experiences.
Lead and mentor a team of Lifestyle Facilitators and Volunteers, ensuring they are supported, valued, and engaged.
Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and development, fostering a thriving and motivated volunteer community.
Evaluate and refine programs, ensuring they align with residents' interests and contribute to their overall wellbeing.
What You'll Bring to the Team: Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating engaging group activities and events.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate volunteers and connect with residents.
A passion for building community engagement and fostering meaningful experiences.
A formal qualification in Leisure & Lifestyle, Arts, Music, Drama, Dance Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
