Integrity is a West Australian owned and operated recruitment and staffing agency, with over 20 years' experience in the WA marketplace. We provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the WA State Government, Local Government,Not-for-Profit Sector and the Private Industry throughout WA

We are seeking a number of experienced Contracts or Procurement personnelto undertake initial three to six month assignments (extension options) with some well known State government entities.

These role are based in Perth and south of the river and commencing when available.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the go-to-market activities for several key contracts, and developing and implementing the relevant contractual arrangements.

Supports the division's branches with thorough stakeholder engagement and appropriate assistance with procurement and contracting matters.

* Responsible for keeping senior management abreast of progress and issues, ensuring robust project management and reporting.
* Develops detailed and highly professional documents, using robust analysis and reasoning, to communicate options and obtain buy-in for the recommended strategies and tactics.
* Contributes to the division's strategic sourcing strategy and prepares procurement plans in line with strategy.

Essential work related requirements:

* Experience in the contract lifecycle – Focus on procurement (strategic planning, market engagement, implementation and management, and close out) of higher value, higher risk and/or complex contracts.
* Holds a tertiary level qualification in a relevant commercial or trade discipline, or extensive equivalent experience.
* Highly developed written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Highly developed ability to influence at all levels, and facilitate consensus.
* Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills including financial analysis skills.
* Highly developed ability to apply information to the development of strategy and planning.

Desirable

* WA State government procurement/contracts experience
