What are we seeking?
We are seeking a team of Maintenance Technicians (4 vacancies) to join our manufacturing facility in Bentley, Western Australia. Working a 12‐hour rotating day/night shift roster (averaging 42 hours per week), you will be responsible for maintaining our state‐of‐the‐art facilities and production equipment, ensuring safety, reliable and efficient operations across the plant.
What will this role do?
* Perform planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs on manufacturing, packaging and facility equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation issues to minimise downtime and maintain production schedules.
* Maintain and support sterile liquid filling lines, packaging equipment, process utilities, and associated production systems.
* Inspect, service and repair critical plant utilities including boilers, HVAC systems, compressed air systems and other facility infrastructure.
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems, and Building Management System.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
What are the qualifications and experiences?
* Trade certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
* Current Western Australia Trade Certificate and relevant licence desirable.
* 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, food or FMCG industries.
* Demonstrate experience maintaining and troubleshooting sterile liquid filling lines, packaging equipment, and automated production systems.
* Experience supporting critical utilities including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, purified water systems, stills and Building Management Systems.
* Familiarity with equipment qualification, validation, change control and deviation management processes is highly desirable.
