Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to support the growth of the organization. Responsibilities will include market research, developing and implementing business growth strategies, preparing presentations and proposals, and achieving sales targets. Regular reporting on progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also key parts of this role.
Qualifications
Business development skills with experience in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, market research, and building networks Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationships Strategic planning and organizational skills to develop and implement business growth initiatives Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset Experience in using CRM systems and data analysis tools Knowledge or experience in the retail, tools, or hardware industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within a remote team
