We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Perioperative Unit.
About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality patient-centred care using advanced clinical skills and knowledge, resulting in positive health outcomes.
* Support patients, guide nursing teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practice.
* Contribute to clinical education, mentor junior staff and lead by example in maintaining professional standards and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 5 years perioperative (PACU/Anaesthetic) nursing experience.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles.
