We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our automotive repair workshop. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Administrative and Office Support team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service.
1. Responding to customer inquiries and bookings, both over the phone and in person
2. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to vehicle repairs
3. Preparing invoices, quotes and other financial paperwork
4. Ordering and managing office supplies
5. Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential, as well as computer proficiency, MYOB (or understanding of accounts) and data entry skills. A friendly, professional and proactive approach to work is a must.
