Tewantin State School is seeking 5 days a week, permanent part time dedicated and experienced Tuckshop Manager to lead our beloved tuckshop team and make a positive impact on our vibrant school community.

The Role:
As our Tuckshop Manager, you will be the heart and soul of the tuckshop operations, combining strong leadership, management skills, and a genuine care for nutrition and customer service. You will be responsible for:
* Managing daily tuckshop operations efficiently and safely
* Planning and preparing balanced, appealing, and allergen-aware menus
* Leading and training a dedicated team of volunteers and helpers
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Maintaining stock control, ordering supplies, and budgeting with transparency
* Creating a positive, welcoming environment for students and staff
Who We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience managing a school tuckshop or similar food service role
* Knowledgeable about food safety and nutrition guidelines, particularly in school settings
* Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
* A warm, approachable personality who enjoys working with children and parents
* Ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and motivate volunteers
* Flexibility to adapt and innovate menu options while balancing budgets
