The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will actively support operations management to safely and successfully deliver daily production plans in accordance with company's values, legislation and HSEQ procedures.
In this role, you'll use your strong teamwork and relationship skills to engage with key stakeholders and help build a high-performing, continuously improving culture. You'll play a hands‐on leadership role, supporting your team through rostering, training, hiring, and performance management while mentoring them to deliver safe and efficient results. With a genuine passion for helping others succeed, you'll also contribute to training site personnel in key operational and HSEQ areas where needed.
What You'll Bring
* Strong operational experience in explosives/mining
* Knowledge of drill & blast techniques (preferred)
* Experience in bulk truck delivery and on-bench blasting
* Understanding of legislation & competent in investigations
* National Police Clearance
* DG Security Card & DG Driver's Licence
* Manual HR Licence (preferred)
* High Risk Forklift Licence
* Current Site Supervisor qualification S26
