**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate skills in electronic payroll system/s.
- Experience dealing with on boarding as well as off boarding of employees.
- Undertake accurate and timely update of confidential employee information for all areas of the business.
- Able to report on financial and non financial data periodically to Financial Controller
- An understanding of the Children's awards, excellent understanding of Overtime and rates.
- Manage payroll tax, Superannuation and other payroll oncosts
- Understanding of Employee benefits
- Able to answer queries from Employees on timely basis.
**Who we are looking for**:
- At least 1 - 3 years working experience in similar industry.
- Exposure to Children's and Teachers awards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Able to work at least 2-3 days weekly.
