Job Title: Operations, Compliance and Growth Manager
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the consolidation and enhancement of existing early childhood education and care (ECEC) programs. This newly created role will be responsible for strategic and operational management, relationship building, governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple ECEC services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to build new business capacity and identify gaps.
* Introduce innovative approaches aligned with community needs.
* Establish a new entity to manage financial and human resources.
* Develop comprehensive strategic plans for the provision and expansion of our Early Years program.
* Analyze and map pathways for transitioning our Early Years from the current state to its preferred future state.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in successful development and management of ECEC programs.
* Demonstrated outcomes in relevant areas.
* Sophisticated skillset in ECEC management.
* Strong strategic planning and management skills.
* Proven ability to develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, business administration, or a related field.
