Responsibilities
Troubleshoot software and hardware solutions built in-house to ensure customer systems, including POS, stay up and running.
Provide strong customer support and contribute to customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Engage in ongoing training and development to grow technical and product knowledge and apply it to customer interactions.
Collaborate with a team in a culture that values ideas, feedback, and technical direction.
Assist in maintaining business continuity for customers (e.g., ensuring beer flows, food service, and other operations are not interrupted by software issues).
Qualifications
Problem solving is your specialty; you enjoy fixing things for people and are customer-centric.
Experience in support roles and familiarity with helpdesk, call centres, or virtual customer support is welcome; a team-centric environment with a technical flavour is valued.
Drive, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to support others are key.
