About the Role
Join a parts department where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting both trade clients and internal teams with timely and accurate parts advice and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and supply spare parts over the counter and by phone
* Provide expert advice on parts specifications
* Use computer systems to bill, cost, and manage inventory
* Support parts promotions and weekend trade as required
* Maintain a clean, professional counter and display area
* Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Your Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar customer service role
* Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
* Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
* Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge (preferred)
What's On Offer
* Be part of a respected industry employer
* Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + rostered Saturday mornings
* 38-hour week + 2 hours standard overtime
* Penalty rates for Saturdays (T1.5 & T2)
* $32–$35 per hour+ super, depending on experience
