Job Duties/Essential Functions
* Loading and Unloading Container/Trucks/Trailers
* RF Scanning
* Operating electric pallet jack to move pallets from Receiving into Shipping lanes
* Wrapping and strapping of pallets
* Sorting and Labelling of pallets (some heavy lifting involved)
* Operating Baler Machine
* Assisting in other areas when required
* Must be able to work on Saturdays
* Must have warehousing experience and be physically fit
* Must be versatile and keen to work in Ambient, Freezer, Chiller and in different departments as per business needs.
Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery
* Forklift, EPJ, Computer, printer, phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.
Non-Essential functions
* Assists in other departments where necessary.
Qualifications
* Education/Training: Higher School Certificate preferred.
* Licenses/Certifications: Must have a Forklift Licence, EPJ experience is required
* Knowledge/Skills: Basic Computer Skills. Strong Knowledge of Work Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
* Other Skills and Abilities: Chiller/Cold Storage Distribution experience is an advantage.
