Utilising the latest technology and expertise, we offer a Cardiology Centre, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology and more.Our expert care team of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.ResponsibilitiesSupervise safe, quality care that meets current best practice standardsSupport and liaise with the respective Nurse Unit Manager(s) of wards and DepartmentsAssist with coordination of staffingManage patient flow, coordinate and plan operational processesCoordinate patient admissions and provide discharge planning supportSupport the hospital's commitment to quality improvement, National Safety and maintain the safety of staff, patients and visitorsQualificationsMinimum 5 years working as a Registered NurseAbility to manage competing demands and co-ordinate resources appropriatelyAdvanced interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skillsEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsRecent experience in bed management and/or patient flowDemonstrated experience with the coordination and allocation of staffHigh degree of computer literacy including MS OfficeExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsLeadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team membersWhy Healthscope?
