About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations and people-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding employee relations and respond to queries.
* Review and update policies and procedures and provide advice on performance management.
* Coach and support stakeholders to build high-performing teams through talent management and development initiatives.
* Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver mechanisms aligning people with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor of Business or equivalent in human resources or a related field.
* Have 2-5 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist position or similar industry experience.
* Be familiar with case management, Modern Awards and Fair Work Act regulations.
